Happy 4th of July everyone! Know I know this day is typically know for the beach, beer, brats & burgers. So I created a quick workout inspired by the 4th of July & our flag!! The good new is that you don't need any equipment for this workout because it is all bodyweight! So I hope you are ready to sweat before all the festivities begin!
Without farther delay here is my 4th of July American Flag Workout!
So I wanted to break down all the symbolism in this workout. First off anything with the number 50 is representing the 50 states. For the actual workout I have you doing 14 moves representing 2014, 7 reps representing the month of July, & 4 times representing the 4th. Also the warmup, HIIT, & cool down all have four moves also representing the 4th. Anything with 13 represents the 13 colonies. Also the 238 jump ropes represents how many years we have been a country.
