If you follow me then you know recently I have struggled with eating. If you don't follow me then just so you know I struggle with eating. Like a lot of people I find that I can to the workouts no problem but when it comes to the kitchen I hit a wall. That is one reason I am so excited for the 21 Day Fix. I think it is my solution!

13. Workouts are easy to follow! These are basic workouts that don't use any fancy dance steps or anything. So no worries if you have no rhythm you got this!
12. Modifications for all. So weather you are a beginner or super advanced, have a bad shoulder or what ever it maybe every exercise can be modified to fit your needs.
11. A trainer you can relate to. Autumn is a single mom and understands the needs of everyday people. So she doesn't over load you with complicated workouts or diet plans .
