It's time for a quick workout to tighten and tone your backside! Nobody wants what they call "pancake ass" This is a quick your out for you to feel the burn in your booty and get it looking fine! Before we start I should say that this blog is inspired by Miley Cyrus after her VMA performance last night. Now I have no problems with Miley but I just think the girl needs to go some squats! So here are my five favorite move to feel that burn in my booty!

For Fire Hydrants if you want to make it harder either add more reps or add resistance by adding weights. You can either add ankle weights or put a weight between your knee and calf and use the force of your legs to hold it there during the move.

To make the Hip Raises harder either raise one leg and alternate every 5 reps. Or don't release all the way down to the floor keeping your booty off the floor the entire time.
To make squats harder add resistance by holding weights in your hands. You can also pulse at the bottom before standing or make it into a jump squat.
For Sumo Squats if you want to make it more challenging then when you stand up lift your heels off the floor and do a calf raise. You can also add weights, pulse at the bottom or make it a jumping squat.
To make it harder up the reps or the weights! Now that you know my favorite moves to tone make my booty burn lets have some fun!
