Rosey's Pumpkin Marathon!

I have this love of all things pumpkin. I even have pumpkin bath wash. I don't know if it's because I am an October baby or what but it is easy to say that I am OBSESSED!

I have so many pumpkin recipes to share with you guy it took me awhile to figure out the best way to that. I have recipes for coffee drinks, Shakeology, breakfast, lunch, appetizers, main courses, dessert, cocktails, and more.

So I have decided to post a LEAST one recipe a week until December that all use pumpkin in some way shape of form! If you are a pumpkin lover like me then you are going to love this!

I am adding onto my pumpkin marathon from last year! This year Rosey's Pumpkin Marathon is running until December 1st 2014!

Before starting the Pumpkin Marathon find out what The Health Benefits of Eating Pumpkin and Pumpkin Seeds are! All the nutrients inside of a pumpkin made me even more in love with pumpkin then I already was! It seriously amazes me how much good stuff is inside of one pumpkin.

It is official Rosey's Pumpkin Marathon has officially started! My first scrumptious pumpkin recipe is posted. It is a Baked Pumpkin Oatmeal. It is perfect for breakfast or even dessert because it kind of tastes like a cookie. With only 223 calories it's a great way to start your day, be fully, and not break your calorie bank. So here is to the beginning of pumpkin season!

The second recipe is my Pumpkin Spice Syrup. It is 41 calories a serving and is an quick, easy way to add a pumpkin flair to any pancake, waffles, etc.

These should be a sin! However coming in at 127 makes my Pumpkin Whoopie Pies sinless! Two moist cookies with a yummy cinnamon cream cheese filling is going to be like having fireworks in your mouth.

Easy if you know you are going to have a busy morning. With my Overnight Pumpkin French Toast it will bring a little pleasure to your tastebuds weather you are getting the kids ready, going to work, etc. A fulling morning breakfast for only 205 calories.

My Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats are super quick and easy. Perfect for an office/school party. A fall twist on a classic treat that everyone will love. For only 60 calories in one your waste line will love it too!

So if you know me you know I not only love pumpkin but I love cupcakes. My cats name is even Cupcake! So I had to come up with a healthier full size pumpkin cupcake. My Cinnamon Pumpkin Cupcakes have 138 calories for one. I promise you will not be disappointed!

So far everything has been either sweets of breakfast all tasting like pumpkin. So here is our first dinner in My Pumpkin Marathon. I thought to myself everything doesn't have to be pumpkin flavored why not use the seeds? So here is my Pumpkin Seed Crusted Chicken. (233 calories.)

Who doesn't love pancakes?! So I created a recipe that is 148 calories for 4 Pumpkin Pie Pancakes! These are one of my favorite morning recipes!

Who says a recipe has to be just food? Why not gibe your skin a treat too? My DIY Pumpkin Facial Mask is easy to make and smells great!

Seriously my favorite pumpkin recipe to date! These Marbled Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bars would go good in the morning with a cup of coffee (or pumpkin spice latte, just saying) or as scrumptious dessert. I hope you enjoy it any time of the day!

So if you know me then you know that I couldn't do my Pumpkin Marathon without a Shakeology recipe!I mean it is my favorite meal so I could not turn it into something pumpkin.  So here is my chocolate Pumpkin Pie Shakeology recipe!

If you looked at my Marbled Pumpkin Bars recipe then you know that I messed up so here is what I did with the 'oops' recipe. I turned it into my Pumpkin Squares with Pumpkin Cream Cheese Frosting. It is so moist & creamy! It turned out so different from the original & really turned into a completely different recipe!

This is a recipe that is perfect for not only pumpkin lovers but also peanut butter lovers, chocolate lovers, & cookie lovers.. This is why my Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter M&M Cookies are the perfect treat for any occasion this fall season!

Here is just a fun little music video to go with our pumpkin theme. You might say it is my theme song! Pumpkin Pie by Evan Taubenfeld.
