While I was making the Protein Pumpkin Pancakes I thought you know what would go well with these and make these extra special would be some Pumpkin Syrup! Pumpkin Syrup is perfect not just for protein pumpkin pancakes but any fall pancakes, waffles, french toast, etc.
Servings 4
Ingredients:
1/8 cup sugar free maple syrup
1/8 no sugar added cranberry juice
2 Tbsp sugar free vanilla almond milk
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground allspice
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1. Stir together maple syrup, cranberry juice, almond milk, and allspice together in a bowl.
2. Add the pumpkin and powdered sugar and stir until all combined.
3. Divide into fourths and enjoy!
