Guilt Free Pizza Pasta Pie (with nutrition breakdown)

Growing my dad said I would only eat the 4 P's. Pizza, Pasta, Pie, & Popcorn.. So I figured why not combine 3/4 loves & makes it guilt free?!

Makes 6 serving

Ingredients:
12 oz cooked spaghetti (6oz dry)
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 lb lean ground beef (mine was 95% lean)
1 8oz package of sliced, fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce (I use my Healthy Homemade Marinara Sauce. Click here for recipe)
1/2 tsp oregano
1cup low-fat ricotta cheese
3/4 cups shredded reduced-fat, shredded Mexican cheese (Sargento)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 sliced onion

Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350° & spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray (I prefer either olive oil or butter flavor)
2. Cook spaghetti is directed on packaging & drain all the water when done. Place in a large bowl & mix with 1/4 cup parmesan chess & egg. Once mixed push the spaghetti into the bottom & sides of the pan forming the crust.
3. Spray a medium skillet & place on medium heat. Add the ground beef & sliced mushrooms & cook until beef has browned.
4. Next add the marinara sauce & oregano. Stir until combined & cook for about 3 minutes.
5. Add ricotta cheese to the spaghetti & spread evenly. Then spoon the meat sauce on top of the crust & ricotta layer.
6. Sprinkle the Mexican, left over parmesan cheese, garlic, & onions on top.
7. Bake for 30 minutes. Let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting into 6 slices & serving.
