The recipe is a fun twist on a classic treat for the fall season.Let me say that this recipe it not my healthiest or the most original. I just thought I would share it with you because it is easy and perfect to make for last minute get togethers or for a class party or something. Also this recipe isn't as creative as I wanted it to be because I couldn't find the Pumpkin Spice M&Ms or Hershey's Kisses.
I personally love these but if you don't like nutmeg then these are not for you
Makes 24

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Land O Lakes Light Butter with Canola Oil
1 bag Kraft Jet-Puffed Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows
5 cups Rice Krispie Cereal
1. Line a baking sheet with some foil.
2. Melt the butter on the stove in a dutch oven (A big tall bowl) until it is completely melted.
3. Add in all of the marshmallows and stir continuously until there are no lumps and they are completely melted.
4. Take it off the heat and add the Rice Krispies (make sure these are pre measured). Stir until combined. Then transfer to prepped baking sheet.
5. Try to spread them out evenly and us wax paper to push them down and help spread them out.6. Let cool then cut. If you want to cut into shapes (like I used a circle) you can. The treats can be reformed with the excess using wax paper.
7. Enjoy!
If you can something so spice it up you can add Pumpkin Spice M&Ms or Hershey Kisses (I was going to but I couldn't find them). You could also make them into a sandwich style treat and use the pumpkin frosting recipe that I used in My Pumpkin Whoopie Pie Recipe. You can also add sprinkles on top.

Nutrition 1 treat: 60 calories, 0.6g of fat, 0.2g saturated, 0.6mg cholesterol, 51.2mg sodium, 5mg potassium, 12.8g carbs, 0,2g fiber, 6.3g sugar, 0.3g protein, 4.7% vitamin A, 4.2% vitamin c, 0% calcium, 8.3% iron.
Note: The nutritional information for these is a guess. The bag said that the serving sizes was 12 (30g) marshmallows for 100 calories with 8 (240g) servings in the bag so it should equal 800 calories. MyFitnessPal only had a serving size for a bag that had 108 marshmallows and equal 900 calories and that math didn't make sense. So I opened the bag and counted them, twice, and came out to 92 marshmallows (there should be 96 in a bag) which would equal 757 calories. So then I decided to weigh them. They weighed 220g, not 240g, for a total of 733 calories a bag. So not matter what none of them were the same. I decided to go with the bag and just say 800 calories just to be on the high side to be safe.
What a long post for such a simple recipe, huh?
