This is how I stay sane. I love popcorn. I used to live off of it. So when it came to getting healthy I was like how in the heck am I going to survive without it?
So step one I went out and bought and air popper. The popcorn was so bland. It didn't personally help me kick that craving because I thought it needed butter. Then I discovered the best secret ever!

1. You pop your popcorn following the directions of your air popper. (Mine you just plug it in to start. Others you have to heat up first.) While it's popping melt your butter.
2. Pour one tbsp of butter over the top of the popped kernels. Then use 1/4 tsp of your seasoning. Now mix up the pop corn to help mix up the butter and the seasoning. Then pour the other tbsp of butter and add another 1/4 tsp of seasoning and repeat. Now the butter should be well spread out so add the bit of seasoning.3. Pop in a movie or watch a tv show and enjoy!!
Note: I am not saying this is extremely healthy but it is something that helps keep the rest of my diet on track and myself sane!
