Level 1 (308 calories with my max heart rate 182 and average was 147)*
Fast past with basic moves that challenge your body. There are 6 circuits that you go all the way through and then repeat. It is mainly weights with some cardio but you heart rate will be high the entire time. This is an amazing total body workout and it does have beginner modifications for you ambitious people.
Level 2 (378 calories with my max heart rest 181 and average 158)*
The first time I did this DVD not going to lie it about killed me (the numbers above are from the second time I did it) but the second time it was not as bad. This workout is hard, not going to lie. There is a lot of plyometrics combine with strength. Example plea hops with bicep curls. It has the same format as level 1 along with a modification to help you ease into it. This workout is advanced so work you way up to it. Once you complete this workout you will be pleased with yourself!
