So for the first post why not tell you about my fitness journey so far. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I am short, only standing at 5 foot 1 and for a long time I blamed my height for contributing to me being overweight. But the truth if I was just eating unhealthy. So here is a photo of me at my heaviest of 137 pounds.

That photo was taken summer of '08 when I was 15. Ironically on the ay this photo was taken my family invested in a Wii Fit. We had a bunch of people over and thought it would be fun to all try and see what it said. When it came to my turn I stepped onto the balance board and it told me I was over weight. I was humiliated. So I started eating less and my weight went down to 125 pounds.

I stayed around that weight until June 2012 when I had one of my oldest and dearest friends pass away. At first I was to upset to eat anything and then I couldn't stop eating. So my weight went back up to around 120 pounds. (Below: right photo)

After I gained the weight I decided to get healthy and toned. So I started working out. First I did Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Then I completed he 90 day Body Revolution. Once I finished both of those that is when the photo on the left (above) was taken. It was taken at the beginning of December 2012. After finishing two of her workout programs I just started rotating some of her other workouts. From Christmas my parents gave me P90x. I started P90x Doubles weighing 110 pounds after the holidays.
