Toast with Creamy Goat Cheese & Raspberry Spread

So recently this has been on of my go to meals!! I it super yummy! I got this recipe from Jillian Michaels cookbook. This recipe is short & sweet so lets get to it!




















Ingredients:
1 piece of whole grain bread
1/2oz goat cheese
1 1/2 tsp plain greek yogurt
1 pinch of black pepper
8 raspberries
1/2 tsp of honey

Instructions:
1. Put bread in toaster and toast to desired crispiness.
2. Mix goat cheese, greek yogurt and black pepper.
3. Once bread have cooled a little spread the goat cheese mixture over the toast.
4. Place the raspberries on top and smash with a fork until evenly spread.
5. Drizzle honey over the top.
