So now the next question I get is where do I get it and for how much. Well I can tell you that I got mine at Wal*Mart. However I don't exactly remember the price. I think it was around $50. When you set up the watch it asks for your weight and age and things so that it is more accurate. When I got it is was a little confusing at first but quickly I got the hang of it. On the screen where it tells you the calories you burn it will say the number and then a KC. However it looks like a HC just to let you know. It has directions on how and where to use the chest strap and watch so don't panic. There help hotline is also amazing. If you don't have a heart rate monitor I would highly suggest getting one. It is well worth the money.

Calories & Grams of Fat Burned
So I get asked a lot how I know how many calories and grams of fat I burned during my work out. Here is the answer! I have a heart rate monitor. It is a Sportline SX heart rate watch with a chest strap. I wear both the watch and the chest strap when I work out. It is nice/good to not only know your heart rate but calories and grams of fat burned while working out. Here is a photo of how it came in it's packaging:
